Orkhan Isayev graduated from BTI in Management Engineering. Then, respectively; He completed his master’s degree in international trade, his first doctorate in international relations and his second doctorate in marketing. He worked for about 10 years in the CIS regional branch of Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances GmbH in Germany. From this position, he played an active role in many areas from marketing to operations, from sales to regional manager.

He continued his academic career by establishing Tutyakala.com as an entrepreneur in 2014. It also implements the E-Export Mini MBA training program within the body of Istanbul Commerce University and provides e-export consultancy services to companies. Fluent in Russian and English, Isayev specializes in e-export and digital marketing.
