Hasraddin Guliyev received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2016 and his master’s degree in Econometrics from Akdeniz University in 2018. He is still continuing his doctorate in Econometrics at Istanbul University and his second master’s degree in Big Data and Business Analytics at Istanbul Technical University. Until now, he is a researcher and data analyst in the banking sector, has experience in the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Kapital Bank, an academician at Azerbaijan State University of Economics and a lecturer in the field of Data Science in Turkey. next 2 years.
In 2018, it entered the top 5 with the “Cluster Analysis with K-means and Ordinal Logistic Regression: Customer Segmentation” project carried out by Full Factoring at Hackhathon. He is also the author of several scientific papers in the Scopus database, and his scientific paper “Determining the spatial effects of COVID-19 using the spatial panel data model” is one of the most cited articles in the academic journal Spatial Statistics.
